Privacy Policy

Last updated September 4, 2026

This policy explains what UpScale LLC ("UpScale", "we", "us") collects when you use teamupscale.com or work with us, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We do not sell your personal information.

1 · What we collect

Information you give us. If you email us or contact us about working together, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your business.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, standard technical data may be recorded: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time of visit. This is ordinary web server and analytics data.

Client data. If you become a client, we handle data inside the accounts and tools we manage for you — advertising accounts, analytics, call tracking, and CRM records. That data belongs to you. We access it only to do the work you have engaged us for.

2 · Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work. We may use analytics providers who set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies.

3 · Why we use it

4 · Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed. These typically include:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5 · How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and afterward only as required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. Client account data stays in your accounts, which remain yours. If you ask us to delete what we hold, we will, except where we are required to keep it.

6 · Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, or to opt out of certain processing. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

To make a request, email andrew@teamupscale.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

7 · Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information in our care, including limiting who has access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8 · Children

This site and our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
